Counselling in Greenwich
Since 2012, I have provided compassionate, professional individual and group counselling and psychotherapy services in Greenwich to anyone who may need it.
Working throughout Woolwich and Central London, to Lambeth, Greenwich, Crayford and across South East London, I specialise in various types of psychotherapy and counselling, including individual, couples, or group therapy, as well as counselling for LGBT+ individuals, and those who have experienced trauma in the form of domestic violence or sexual abuse.
My counselling sessions are focused on professionalism and confidentiality at their core. My therapy room, located conveniently near Greenwich, is a safe space to share your feelings, and I extend an environment designed to make you feel comfortable expressing these feelings.
A strong focus on understanding your condition and concerns allows me to tailor a counselling service suited to your specific needs, giving you the best opportunity for sustainable results and a steadily healthier life. By working closely with you, either individually or in a group setting, I will help you overcome feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and other negative emotions that can keep you stuck.
I am dedicated to offering different and lasting ways to move beyond a number of enduring and sometimes complex mental health conditions by helping you realise the strength to overcome them. Counselling for all the mental conditions below is also available in a group therapy setting.
Additionally, I specialise in helping survivors of domestic abuse and sexual abuse, providing a safe, confidential environment to help work through the trauma of these experiences. I am a fully accredited member of the United Kingdom Counselling and Psychotherapy (UKCP) and conduct all my services according to their high standards and ethics.
